Top 1%

Rand is an excellent patent laywer (top 1%). He knows the law in and out especially for trademarks, and patent law. He worked very hard on our case and I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Patent Attorney

Fantastic job on complex litigation

Rand is truly one of the most gifted attorneys I have ever met and worked with. He has deep expertise and experience with complex IP/patent issues. Combined those skills, with his brilliant, down to earth no nonsense style and Rand is a herculean asset to any firm. Best IP Attorney in Salt Lake

My company has used Rand Bateman and Bateman IP for over 15 years. We used several IP firms before Bateman IP and were unable to get our IP in order.
