I hired Nathan to represent me in a workplace matter. Nathan was amazing. Took time to meet with me and learn who I was. He then went over my case and discussed the issues involved and made sure I understood the possibilities. Nathan put things into perspective for me easing my mind and calming my ...nerves. Nathan made sure I understood what mattered in my case. When it came time. Nathan was by my side which resulted in a very positive outcome for me. Nathan was very knowledgeable. But just as important cared about me as a person. I would recommend Nathan Evershed to anyone who wants to be represented by someone who genuinely cares about the people he represents.

It was a privilege to have Nathan Evershed in my corner. He was upfront and personal and kept me informed as to the status of my case. Nathan is a consummate professional, and I recommend him highly!

If you're looking for "Outstanding"...

I would like to first say that I wish Nathan Evershed covered ALL aspects of law so if I ever needed it, I would know I had an "outstanding" lawyer for any and all situations. With that said, I did not hire him. I was lucky enough to have him assigned as the prosecutor on my case when I was sexual...ly assaulted. I was scared, angry and frustrated and at times not thinking clearly. He was very patient and especially kind with both my husband and I. The thing I admired most was that he wasn't just "out to get the bad guy" but was genuinely concerned with how the outcome of the case would affect me personally. I don't have much experience with lawyers but I didn't know "caring for the victims feelings" was a consideration. I felt 100% cared for. He explained all possible options and what they would entail and then gave me his personal opinion based on his experience with me up to that point. I can't begin to express the gratitude I have for this man. Because of Nathan, I came out the other end of this situation much stronger than I ever anticipated. He not only took care of the "bad guy" but empowered me at the same time. I would say that's a sign of not just a great lawyer but a great human being. I have since had the opportunity to get to know him even better through his campaign to run for DA. It turns out he is just as great outside the courtroom as in, if not more. He is truly a Good Man! I am eternally grateful for Nathan and would highly recommend him to anyone, anytime, anywhere!

Genuine

Nathan is the most Genuine person I have ever known. He truly cares about those he serves. Nathan has grit and will work hard to serve his clients.

Very excellent trial lawyer

Nathan is a very honest and a loyal Attorney. He deffenntly care's about his clients and wants justice for all that are involved. He is very dedicated for getting the right outcome of his cases. Nathan got justice for my family being victims of crime.
