Frank, Honest, Available, Excellent Communiation

Mr.Evershed was candid and honest in each converstion we had and there were many. I had no issued communicating with him and his office and calls and emails were always returned promptly. My case was not an easy one and Mr.Evershed worked on and got a resolution that I was really happy with given th...e circumstanses. I was out of state and needed an attorney in my corner that I could count on which is hard to determine over the phone only. I spoke with mulitple lawyers and am very confident that I made the right choice. He answered all my quesitons on how things woudl liekly go and took his time with my case, I did feel heard and not simply rushed along the process. Would reccomend.

Best Team

Nathan was one of the best lawyers I’ve ever had him and his team were amazing. You could tell he really cares and really wants to help. I would recommend five stars anytime to anybody. He really helps change my life. I just want to thank them.

The best experience and outcome possible

One of our children was in a very serious accident involving a fatality. We were referred to Mr. Evershed and his paralegal, Ms. Dickerson, for help by a very prominent attorney. Having never experienced this before, we were highly concerned on many levels. After our initial consultation, our concern...s were alleviated. Over the course of this six month ordeal, Ms. Dickerson kept watch over the potential charges that might be filed through her extensive network, updating us along the way. Ultimately, we had the best possible outcome and we can without any reservations highly recommend the Evershed law firm.
