Excellent, Knowledgeable!

Knows the law and how the system works, uses that for your advantage! Definitely a good attorney to know! I hired him to help me with a misdemeanor case. He got the charge dismissed! Highly recommend!

Nate Evershed is a stand up guy. I’ve learned to really dislike and hate lawyers in the system. Evershed is one of the few good men left. His confidence, knowledge, and ability to think outside of the box really helped me when I was accused of wrong doing. He made sure I had a fair shake, as fair as ...it could be anyway, and advised me to make the best decision with the cards I was dealt. He is a pit bull When he needs to be, and knows how to use reason and logic to swing things in his favor. You can’t go wrong having him in your corner.

Honest and Ethical

Nathan represented me in what was in all reality I minor traffic issue the spiralled out of control due to poor oversight and mishandling on behalf of the SLC DAs office. The issue threatened not only my personal welfare but that of my business and the charitable organization I operate. Nathan's ye...ars of experience as a prosecutor allowed him some insight into effective and appropriate resolution to the case which should have never been brought to begin with. Nathan should be you number one choice in representation and has demonstrated not only his professional capability but also his understanding and compassion as well!

Very grateful!

Nathan was so helpful through this process. My work puts me in contact with many lawyers. Nathan is the best period. I watched him maintain good working relationships with other attorneys. I absolutely trust his opinion and knowledge but he made it clear that I was in control. Whatever decision ...I made he would work hard for the best outcome.
