Best attorney in Utah

Ive been in law enforcement for 17 years and made a legitimate mistake however the agency i worked for over reacted and forced me to resign. My case went to POST, and to be honest post investigators are self righteous jerks who make thier decision before they even interviewed me. The investgators wan...ted to suspend me for 2 years. We appealed the case and had it heard by a judge, Nathan argued my case to the judge and destroyed the Post attorney in front of the judge, a week later the judge give his verdict, which much to my surprise even the judge slammed post and their investigation, calling it a gross lack of investigations given the allegations they alleged against me. The judge complemented Nathan for pointing out the incompetent investigation by post. I would HIGHLY recommend Nathan for your attorney, he takes his job very serious and is extremely knowledgeable.

Great attorney! Do not hesitate to hire

I hired Nathan after I was charged. Nathan immediately responded and approached it in a way I knew I was going to be ok right away. Nathan knows what he's doing; his experience in prosecuting and defense mattress him a superb option. He keeps you in the loop and did not put up with nonsense from the ...other side. He's reasonable, straight forward

Nathan took our case on and quickly did so with efficiency. Our case was represented to our benefit in having charges reduced. He reached out to us multiple times to let us know the status of our case. This helped with relieving anxiety and worry during that time.
