Beyond happy and would HIGHLY recommend

I am beyond happy with my experience I have had with my lawyer (Rachelle Larson) and team at Craig Swapp & Associates. I came to them with a difficult case and due to their hard work and persistence, they have helped me reach a settlement that exceeded my expectations. Throughout my case, my team (Ra...chelle and Amy) kept in constant contact and communicated everything to me. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood all parts of my case so I knew what to expect and what I needed to do to get the largest settlement possible. My attorney listened to what was important to me and helped resolve time sensitive matters. If I ever have to go through this again, I will definitely be giving my attorney, Rachelle Larson a call as her and her team are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone that wants the best!!

Gave me a clear understanding on what a jury would be like, although not opposed to going to trial.

I was hurt in CDA in a bicycle versus bus accident, I was working as a consultant out of town, and I was in a lot of pain. I went to a CDA lawyer and they sort of sniffed and ignored me, so I called Craig Swapp, and worked with Rachelle and Amy. I literally fractured my back, so it took well over a ...year to deal with medical issues and everything else. They contacted me when they needed information, they were professional, sympathetic with my issues and helpful. They were also knowledgeable about the ID juries and warned me that it would be a tough crowd. The first offer didn’t even pay for my medical bills, but they got a great payout, and I didn’t have to return to CDA when I live in Illinois. Highly recommend them both.

Great experience!!

Jeff and Jay from Craig Swapp were absolutely amazing. They both went above and beyond. Any time I had a question, they got back to me very quickly. I know they have many clients but they always made me feel like my case was just as important as anyone else's. Craig Swapp always exceeds expectations

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. He was extremely communicative through both calls AND texts, which I appreciated. Sometimes a text during a workday is so much more efficient. Even though he was only working on my personal bodily claim, he was always helpful in directing me toward the appropr...iate parties for any other questions I had about my accident. I knew the waiting period would be decent from a previous hit and run I was involved in. However Jeff kept me up to date along the way, even simply checking in to let me know they were still awaiting to hear back from other parties but have not lost traction on my case. I also got married and had a name change during the period of my accident. This created some unforeseen difficulties when asking for medical bills, etc. Jeff and his team always kept in touch and were on top of every misstep and challenge so I didn’t have to be. Thank you again Jeff!

Excellent service and great results.

We were thrilled that Craig Swapp and Associates were the ones helping us following the pedestrian / car accident. Personal injury is nothing to take for granted and it needs the expertise of the staff at Craig Swapp and associates. We are so grateful to Jeff Cohen and Jay Adkins for their diligence ...and compassion. It’s amazing how difficult it is to manage insurance companies and medical bills, and Jeff and Jay did an excellent job.
