Craig Swapp and Associates are the Best!

After being rear ended in a car accident, I reached out to Craig Swapp and Associates. I was assigned Chris Barrus as my attorney and his assistant Heidi to help me. Both Chris and Heidi were very thorough and professional. They worked to make sure I got the medical treatment I needed. They also work...ed to get a settlement to compensate my pain and suffering. They were both so great and would refer them to anyone needing this help.

Ms. Larson helped me in a work related vehicle accident. She was very helpful in helping me to understand what was available for me and gave me great advice so I could make the best decision for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional every step of the way.

My attorney was very communicative with me through the whole process. Both the lawyer and attorney were very supportive of my case and my personal testimony. I felt they cared and helped me reach my goal.

We were in a traumatic car accident that should have left both me and my husband dead. We called Craig Swapp and Associates within a week of the accident because we knew that our medical bills were going to be high. Almost immediately they sent a representative out to take our statements of events.... I was most impressed with Heidi who stayed on top of our case. Calling or texting to make we were getting the referrals we needed to start our road to recovery. She also made sure we were documenting our progress as we went along. She had sincere sympathy for our situation. If she had not been so efficient at her job things could have slipped through the cracks. Chris took over our case when another associates I believe had left the firm. He immediately notified us by phone and letter that he would now be our attorney. He knew from the details of our case that it would open awhile but he still had contact with us and made sure we were getting the care we needed. He listened as I vented my frustrations and anger in being in a situation that could have easily been avoided. When it finally came down to settling it all he knew what we needed and went and got it!

What a mess we were in after out accident. I really had no idea what we should do. A week had passed and the at fault insurance company was trying to get us to settle. I did not want to get a lawyer. One night I couldn’t sleep and I new I needed to help. I called Craig Swapp. The next evening we had ...an appointment at our home. They helped us feel good. About the direction we were heading. They. We’re with us through the whole process. They always asked how we felt and showed real concern toward us. All we had to do was to focus on getting better. If we had question they would respond the same day or within 24 hours. Our healing process took 2 1/2 years. Thank you Craig Swapp and associates I highly recommend CraIg Swapp and associates. You really need someone on your side.
