Great experience

I had a great experience working with Craig Swapp & Associates. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about my situation. Dealing with a pain and suffering claim can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. Extremely helpful during a stressful situation

Initially we had quite a few questions with this entire process, as this was our first auto accident. All individuals that we worked with were very helpful and informative and we were given guidance and clarity through the process. Was nice to just turn it all over, dealing with the insurance compani...es quickly became a hassle. Would use this firm again.

Recommend to anybody

I was in an accident in March of 24 it totaled my truck that I had only had for about 8 months . The car that re-ended me was going 70 miles an hour and I was only going about 10 because traffic slowed down. The impact broke 2 vertebras in my back and I had severe whip lash . I immediately contacted ...my insurance and the other vehicles insurance they were wanting me to sign paperwork that I wasn’t comfortable signing, so I ended up hiring Greg swap and his people Brenda and Chris helped me navigate through everything to make sure I was treated fairly and I think they both went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help navigating through insurance bureaucracy

Highly recommend team Parry/Perry!

I worked with Clayton Parry and his team after I was injured in a rear-end collision where I was not at fault.
