Great Service!

I was hit by a drunk driver and sustained injuries that hindered my ability to function normally as I had prior to the accident. Craig Swapp took great care of me every step of the way! The simple onboarding process and always being ready to answer any questions were some things that stood out to me ...as a client. They took the time to make sure I was informed with updates regarding the case and what that meant for me.

Excellent from start to finish

Our son was injured in a rollover car accident which he was a passenger. His injuries required treatment in two hospitals along with ambulance and air transport. The driver and the car was uninsured. Dealing with bills and insurance along with multiple Dr appointments overwhelmed us. We contact...ed Craig Swapp and Associates Spokane Valley. Our consult in our home was prompt. Kendra contacted us soon after and we began the process. The paperwork ,contacts and details were taken care of. Kendra has excellent communication skills. She kept us informed and answered questions professionally and in terms easy to understand. I would recommend this firm.
