My experience with Craig Swapp

I was involved in a car accident last year in July that caused some injuries that affected me and my job performance. I didn’t really know what to do but did think about hiring a lawyer. I have seen the Craig Swapp commercials and saw that they mainly dealt with injuries from car accidents. I called ...the number and the lady who I talked to was sympathetic to my situation and made me feel confident that I made the right choice. Soon after that I had an appointment to sit down with the investigator and shared with him about the accident. My confidence grew even more knowing that my case was in the right hands my case was given to Jay Adkins, and Jeff Cohen. They reached out to me right away and explained the process and answered all questions. They told me if I had any questions do not hesitate to give them a call. There were a few times I had some questions and I sent them e-mails and their response back was impressive. They also called me every few weeks to see how I was doing and that was very important to me. With them two working on my case I can honestly say I did not have a worry or any stress because I knew that everything was being handled by Jay, and Jeff so I could go thru my physical therapy and concentrate on other things and not worry about if I’m gonna be compensated for my injuries. I’m glad this is finally over and I can honestly say Craig Swapp and associates along with Jay, and Jeff made the journey worry free and non stressful. Thank you Jay, and Jeff For everything you two have done and I will definitely recommend Craig Swapp if anyone needs a good lawyer. Thank you.

Would recommend for accident victim!

My husband and two kids were in a head on collision with a drunk driver and were injured. Chris Barrus and Heidi Underwood at Craig Swapp were fantastic to work with. The recovery process was long but Chris and Heidi were able to step in behind the scenes and give us the resources and support in gett...ing the medical bills covered and paperwork taken care so the focus could be on them. We are so thankful for the time and quick response that Heidi provided. She is exceptional at what she does and personable and made you feel like you were their only client. Chris was able to step in at the end and take care of the settlement. We would recommend this firm and this support!

Good place to go

I was in a car accident and I went to Craig Swapp and associates and worked with Ms. Larson and her team they were so wonderful and so helpful in getting me taken care of getting me taken care due to the result of this accident.

Great company!

I had the pleasure of working with Jay and his paralegal, Jeff, for 9 months while they pursued the best possible outcome for me and my case.
