I live in Arizona and hired Bob Montgomery to file a Formal Probate in Idaho. He recommended that I use a third party for a Personal Representative for the Estate. After the appointment of the PR Ronald Tolman) Bob categorically began representing the PR when he was my attorney. In hindsight, the... PR was an "old friend" of his (30+ years) who had no experience as a PR and had also come out of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2013. The trial judge had to inform Bob Montgomery that he had always been my attorney and never the Estate's or his PR crony. This has been a most devastating experience and I plan to take to the Idaho State Bar for actions not to mention a malpractice action against Bob Montgomery. I most horrid experience!

Bob was very helpful and informative.. I had a bit of a different Llc than usual being Canadian and starting an Llc out of Oregon while still residing in Canada.
