When my mother passed away in April 2020 and I was appointed her personal representative, I was at a complete loss as to how to handle “probate.” After doing some internet research and asking for a referral from a friend who had just gone through the probate process for his father, I contacted Bob ...Montgomery. I told him at the time that he was a miracle worker, and I still stand by that assessment. Wow. We couldn't have known when we found Bob and hired him to represent us, the effort, attentiveness and overall service we would receive. Being from out of state presents many challenges when delaing with a loved ones passing, my husband's mother, and Bob guided us through each step of the proce...ss in a kind and professional manner.
