Brian Donesley represented me in a very public employment case. He was diligent, and compassionate with me and my family regarding a wrongful termination. The end result was total exoneration for myself and reinstatement with all back pay and benefits. The State of Idaho also presented me with a large settlement as a result of Mr. Donesley's efforts. This case made history in making sure state agencies, do the right thing, follow the rules and insure that employees are not unduly terminated.
