After changing attorneys, the person who had actually attacked myself and my family made a victim impact statem...ent in which they confessed to aggravated assault (in which I had acted in self-defense)... I'm looking back and considering having the verdict reversed due to manifest injustice now given his misconduct. It's really just a question of how much justice I can afford.
