After I got arrested I got a bunch of mail from attorneys. Mike’s stood out from the rest because of his former DA stuff and the Thousand dollar voucher. I called them and others but Mikes office took the time to listen to me and talk about what happened. Im super glad I went with him. I was able to ...plea to a much smaller charge and instead of 180 days of jail time I got community service. He was also less expensive than most of the other guys I called.

Mr. Holmes represented me on a DUI that the public defender had originally told me to plead guilty to. I was looking at being fired at work if I pled guilty, so I had to pay to hire an attorney. Mr. Holmes was recommended by a friend of mine who was arrested (a cop's wife) for a DUI. He was ho...nest with me - telling the good and the bad stuff about my case. I was not happy that he was so honest about the bad, but he was doing his job. After he did his job, I was able to keep my job because he got my felony DUI with injury dismissed. NOT reduced...dismissed. And he has a great computer system that allowed me to log into from home and read all the police reports, send him messages, and see what was going on with my case. Great job.

Everyone is entitled to faulty judgement once or twice in their life. Unfortunately, mine was in a very public DUI. I commend Mr. Holmes on his knowledge and experience working these kind of cases. He obviously knew the ropes and was a tremendous help in my case. He clearly explained the process ...and was responsive to my calls.
