I found myself in a situation where I needed an attorney and fairly quickly. I called and Shannon answered the phone. I had called several attorneys prior and got the "so & so isn't in but you can leave a message." bit. Shannon got me an appointment the following day. I went to their office and met w...ith Brionne. Easy to talk to and comfortable environment. He listened... took a few notes. Got the ball rolling so to speak. Received some court papers in the mail that needed some immediate attention. Made a phone call and spoke with Jodi. I took a picture of the papers with my phone and emailed it to her while we were speaking. She had it handled in a few minutes. I called the office to check on the status of my case. I've been well informed up to this point and also visited again with Brionne. I have yet to meet Jeremy in person but his accomplishments are impressive and his staff is competent and helpful. My case is ongoing but I'm confident I'm in good hands. - Matt
