Highly recommend!!

Spoke with Todd who understood my case immediately and was fantastic!! Met with Laurie Joe and she handled my difficult case with precision!! Listened and explained every action and knew what to do with professionalism and experience!! She made the other parties attorney look foolish and lazy and ...got the results I wanted. Hopefully won’t need them again-but if I do, I know who I am calling!!

Professional and Well Prepared!

I worked with Danielle on a parenting dispute issue. She was very well prepared and professional when presenting exhibits and information to the Judge. I was very happy with the outcome of the hearing and highly recommend her to others.

Todd and his team are the Absolute Best!

Todd and his team are phenomenal and will go to work and fight for you. My mother had been dealing with a very difficult situation for years and was just spinning her tires all while not seeing any movement with her case and she began to envision a bad result. That is when she took her case to Burn...ham Law, Todd and Matthew stepped in and immediately created progress. They were extremely diligent, organized and prepared. They were mindful of my mother's needs, goals and desired results and went out and executed them to perfection. My mother had a case that looked like it had stalled out and was being dragged out...in steps the Burnham Law team to immediately jump start the case and get a resolution in a timely fashion. I cannot speak Highly enough of the Burnham Law team, if you need someone to fight for you or a family member in a difficult situation, your answer is Todd Burnham and his team. The relief and freedom that my mother now has is unbelievable and we owe that to Todd and Matthew.

Extremely Grateful Client

I was recently involved in a Modification to Spousal Maintenance which had turned rather nasty. To further complicate matters, I was living and working abroad and had just became unemployed. For months, I worked with an Attorney from a law firm which shall remain nameless, and had never been so stres...sed as I saw my life, both emotionally and financially, going down the tubes. In an act of desperation, I searched Avvo for another firm to handle my case and liked what I had read about Todd Burnham. I arranged for a telephonic consultation and within seconds after hearing the specifics of my case, Mr Burnham laid out what his strategy would be to win a fair outcome for me. Not only did I like what I heard, but I also liked the way that he came across and hired him right then and there…THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. Mr Burnham assigned Ms. Trista McElhaney, Associate Attorney, and Mr Charlie Shisler, Senior Paralegal (or as I came to refer them as “The Kick A*s A-Team”) to my case and things just got better. Within days it was evident that I was working with the best. In addition to being extremely competent, I found them all to be direct, confident, very personable and exceptionally responsive and informative, all the things my previous attorney was not. My stress levels dropped as my trust in them increased to the point where I no longer worried about how my case was being handled, they were that good. And remember, this was all done long distance, through emails and phone calls. The case did go to trial, which I attended telephonically. The outcome was better than I could ever had imagined. Is Todd and the Burnham Law firm the best? In my mind - YES!!! Would I hire them again? A resolving - YES!!! Would I recommend them? YES!!!, without stipulation. Todd, Trista, Charlie, you gave me and my family back our lives, for that I will never be able to fully thank you.

Excellent Strategist & Attorney

I was google searching what I needed to do for my case when I came across Todd Burnham and his law firm. It’s important to note that I was already being represented by another attorney at this time, but was not feeling that they were handling my child custody case the best that they could. I reached ...out to the Burnham Law Firm and was immediately put in contact with Todd Burnham. I could tell Todd was busy, but he took the time to listen to me, answered all my questions, and provided me with his strategy on how to be successful with my case. Todd had a since of urgency and a no non-sense attitude that left me confident that he was the right attorney for the job. He understood that there was only 3 days to execute his strategy, but he assured me that he could get it done in the time we had. I hired him on the spot and terminated my relationship with the other attorney. Todd is a genius and one who is not afraid to take on a tough case even at the last minute. His confidence sold him, but my success with the case 3 days later sealed it for me. If your smart you will hire him and have the “right attorney” not just “an attorney” on your side.
