Great law firm

I was/am involved in a high conflict divorce and custody situation and have been working with the Burnham Law Firm for over 2 years now. I first spoke with Todd when I decided to use this firm and he was very personable and knew ahead of time everything I would need to go through for my case and was ...exactly right. He listened to me and made me feel like I would be in good hands, and I was throughout my whole case. In the end Todd oversaw my case and I was placed with a different lawyer who I love. I will continue to use this law firm for my needs that unfortunately will most likely continue.

Just what I needed!

Just what I was looking for! Todd and his team took care of all of my needs and knew just how to handle my ex husband. He was relatable, but sharp and firm when I needed. I couldn't have asked for better representation.

Todd is a good and decent man

I brought a family member in to meet with Todd after an incident of domestic violence caused by her alcoholic husband. I think Todd recognized within the first five minutes that she had not reached "rock bottom" and was not ready to leave her husband, but he talked through the issues (both legal and ...emotional) and scenarios with her for over an hour, knowing full well that there likely would be no fees at the end of the consultation because she wasn't ready to accept that her husband is a bad guy. Todd shared a lot of truth and wisdom in a short amount of time, and did it in a kind and compassionate way. Attorneys sometimes get a bad rap, but it was clear in meeting with Todd that he genuinely cares about his clients, has a tremendous amount of legal and life experience in his area of practice, and would be an excellent advocate if and when the time comes. I can say unequivocally that he would be my first and only choice for a divorce attorney (hopefully I'll never need his services for myself). He's saved in my contacts so if a friend ever asks, his is the name I'm giving out.

Highly recommend

I came to Todd for a divorce consultation and to get some legal questions answered. I could tell from the beginning of our conversation that Todd is extremely smart and strategic, and would also be tough and aggressive if necessary. He said a lot of things to me that stood out, but one of the things ...he said that really impressed me was that he wasn’t a “divorce pusher.” I appreciated this so much, because it meant he was actually listening to me and wasn’t just there to gain a new client at any cost. I also liked the fact he was laid back, but very professional and strategic at the same time. Should I need an attorney in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Todd and his team at the Burnham Law Office.
