Mr Longo repeatedly failed to disclose vital information to me regarding my case by saying he had not yet received that information, when in fact he had it a month prior. He failed to ask for the policy limit of the other parties insurance. He got me much less than any competent attorney would have i...n the same scenario. He continues to deny these allegations, even though he sent me photographic proof of them. Quick to respond to reviews about his poor service, but not to get his customers vital information or just compensation.

Took two full years to resolve my case, but Stephen helped each part of the way. He always responded to questions quickly and if it didn't make sense he took the time to explain it to me in laymen's terms. He was willing and ready to fight the insurance company when they tried to backtrack their init...ial statements. He was more patient than I was in the waiting times, which was definitely a blessing.
