I retained Kirk Gardnerg and he did a very poor job for me this is my opinion I ended up firing him. I higher Jason kennard of kennard and kennard Jason handled the case for a quarter of the cost and won it the first time around where Kirk Gardner had it extended for over a year when we went back Jas...on kennard knocked it out of the ballpark I highly recommend Jason kennard over Kirk Gardner this is my opinion do yourself a favor and shop around before hiring this attorney.

Mr. Garner has been a true blessing in our civil order case. He got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. He was very honest and gave us a great rate! It is sad people write bad reviews just because they didn't get the outcome they were looking for.
