At the beginning of the divorce process, I interviewed five attorneys in the Colorado Springs area based on recommendations I received from friends who had been through the divorce process. My priorities involved custody issues and obtaining a parenting plan that would enable me to regain a sense of ...freedom in my own life apart from my ex’s attempts to exert control over me. Mr. Noffsinger (Dan) not only represented me well throughout my long arduous divorce, he also provided expert legal advice after the fact.
