Mr. Noffsinger (Dan) not only represented me well throughout my long arduous divorce, he also provided expert legal advice after the fact. My alimony is set to end this September and amazingly enough, my ex-wife and I are attempting to come to an agreement on what is a fair Child Support/Family supp...ort agreement after the fact. I gave Dan all that I was agreeing to with the request that he advise me on the fairness of the agreement. Dan did just that. He could have easily tried to convince me to take her to court and rack up thousands of dollars in lawyer fees, but Dan's ethical nature in the way he operates allowed him to give me the "right" advice, not the "pocket lining" advice. You won't find a more honest, ethical, or more genuine lawyer in Colorado Springs.

I contacted Mr Noffsinger based on reviews found online and I was not disappointed. Everyone involved, from the paralegal to those behind the scenes were extremely helpful and friendly. This was my second go around with divorce attorneys (adjusting child support / maintenance / and parental plan) ...and I wish I had chosen Mr. Noffsinger and his team for the initial divorce proceedings. Not once did I ever feel I was being billed just to be billed. There were even times I just stopped by the office to see if he was in and give an update, and if he was in, we had a quick chat. If he was out, his paralegal was extremely helpful in relaying information or providing me additional information about upcoming proceedings. The part that really amazes me, and the main reason I will absolutely recommend Mr. Noffisinger and his team to anyone who would care for it, is that he never pushed for an expensive trial. The advice I consistently received was 'keep talking to the ex, it's cheaper if you two work it out on your own.' Granted this isn't possible for everyone, but again, it wasn't billing hours just to bill hours. If you are shopping around for an attorney to represent you, at the very least go in for a consultation.
