I hired Mr. Fischer to handle my minor son's DUID case. (THC = 3.8 and failed roadsides). This was a very stressful time for my son, and Mr. Fischer did everything he could to reassure us and explain all the legal steps and consequences. He negotiated with the DA several times, and got my son an off...er for a small traffic infraction (just a fine) and the DUID charge was DISMISSED! I highly recommend Mr. Fischer!

An excellent law office. I had the very unfortunate circumstance of finding myself charged with a low level criminal offense. This was the first time I've found myself in this situation in my life. I called around to various law offices in town, but did not get a feel that they would provide a servic...e with any depth of consideration or competence for which I was looking. When I cold called this office, I spoke with John, a paralegal (I think that is the term), and he was extremely helpful and focused on the issue. I came in for a consultation, and met with Erik, who has decades of experience in law, primarily criminal, but in other areas. Long story short, their office resolved my situation in my favor, and for an amount from 1/2 to 1/3 that other offices quoted. had two misdemeanor cases in which i was innocent ! the legal system wanted to prosecute me anyway the DA wanted me to take a deal of a year of probation ,fines , UA's, etc. Mr. Fischer fought for me and got both my cases DROPPED!!
