Highly Recommend Mark

Mark "gets the job done". We hired him to help our small business with legal agreements and contracts. He asked all the right questions and gets right to the point to expedite the process. Completion of the service was quick and the fees were very fair. I highly recommend Mark, he will continue to ...be our Lawyer for any advice should we need it. He is very knowledgeable on many different Law topics.

Children's Diabetes Foundation recomendation

We have used Mr. Cohen's services for several years and have always found him honest helpful & knowledgable in many types of law. He is always willing to go the extra mile for us and to help in everyway possible. In particular he has been very helpful in non profit law and publishing agreements for... the several books we produce. He is a pleasure to work with and reasonable in his fees. We highly recomend him.

Recommended without reservation

Mark Cohen has been my primary counsel for both business and personal matters since the beginning of 2002. I am an employing real estate broker and investment manager and have greatly appreciated Mark's knowledge and application of contract process. He has prepared the majority of the leases, purchas...e options and employee/contractor documents for our companies. He has also represented us in successful litigation regarding breach of contract issues and fraud. I believe that Mark's greatest strength lies in his ability to make the complexity of law understandable in both verbal and written form between parties, while maintaining the substance and force of argument to his client's benefit.
