I had some unresolved issues in Colorado dating back to 10yrs ago. I did a lot of research before I choose an attorney to help me. I had numerous consultations over the phone with other attorneys before I chose Monte to represent me. When my day came in court, it was stressful, and Monte put all things aside to work for me that day. While in court, he always let me know what was going on, by pulling me aside and filling me in on everything instead of me wondering whats going on. That shows good representation in my opinion. I see Monte is very respected by the courts, this includes the D.A.s and Judges. The end result is better than expected. I was given another chance by the courts to finish my "unfinished" business, and he was able to get my case transferred to the state I currently live in. Monte clearly exceeded my expectations. I speed and crash my car on a Friday afternoon. The police gave me a reckless driving ticket. I start to call different attorney on Saturday morning, Monte is the only one pick up my phone call (around 8:30 am). So I decided to have him for my case.
