An excellent lawyer choice for my son who was charged with driving while his license was revoked. Monte did a fantastic job on a case for my son who was in the military and deployed to Afghanistan. My son was home on leave and got a DUI - just prior to going to war. He provided my son with every bit of information needed by the courts and explained what each request and form meant. He provided his service at a very competetive and reasonable price. He also made a half dozen trips to Greeley to stand in court for my son as the courts had to keep extending the dates while my son was deployed. He never asked for more compensation even though he had to do so much extra work. Monte was willing to work with my son's Higher Up's in the military too, providing anything they may have needed. He was very patient as the whole case drug out for almost a year due to the court extensions and the fact that my son was overseas.
