Eliza represented me in mediation. She knew the lawyers, mediators and judges involved and how to negotiate with each to reach an agreement and she effectively used the law to argue our positions. For example, the other attorney tried to argue that I owed back child support but they interpreted the... statute incorrectly, which she settled and stopped pretty fast with the mediator. My ex was pretty unreasonable, hostile and difficult to work with and that is they type of attorney he hired; Eliza diffused their tactics easily and helped us negotiate and settle on a deal that was great for me. She also has a great team supporting her; since they were pretty capable, we could offset some of the expense, which was nice. I had full confidence in her team and Eliza.
