I hired ruben ortiz about a year ago, a day before my court day because i was being charged with a dwi and possession of marijuana. He took my case last minute, and told me that there s never a guarantee that the cases will get dismissed, especially when i blew over .15 on the breath machine and the ...marijuana was in the car, and that he would into every possible technicality to try to get the cases dismissed for me.
