I highly recommend the law office of Ruben Ortiz. I am very pleased to say that my DWI case has been dismissed. The process took about 3 years but it was well worth the wait. I have to admit that I was very nervous at first because I did not qualify for first offender program. All I wanted to do wa...s accept punishment and move on with my life.
