I am studying to get into medical school and worked hard in order to graduate in 3 and a half years from undergraduate. Once I did graduate I went out with my friends to finally kick back and have a good time. I made the decision to drive and was arrested for a DWI. Mr. Guinn really helped out and ma...de me feel at ease about the situation that was presented to me. Being a person with no prior conviction or arrest I had no idea what to expect from any of it. David Guinn and his office made the process easy and straight forward. He was able to get me off with a Pre-trial diversion where I will be able to get the DWI off of my record complete. He did exactly what he said he would try to do and now I can go back to living my life without this one bad decision hanging over my head.

My husband got in a big federal drug mess. He was looking at a lot of time. Mr. Guinn got right to work on the case--that day we hired him, in fact. He was able get evidence, review it, then was able to show the Government that my husband wasn't quite what they thought and get him a much lower senten...ce. The price wasn't cheap, but fair. We felt we got more than we paid for. Not only does he know his way around federal law and the courthouse, but he actually treated us like good people. He guided us through so much more than the legal process. He kept us from going crazy with anxiety. Now, he told it to us like it was, not just what we hoped to hear. I'd highly recommend him to anybody with a case in federal court.

When I hired Mr Guinn, he was the first lawyer I ever had to hire. He was highly recommended, but in my situation this man saw a quick way to make a pretty penny. He never didn't anything for my best interest. Wanted me to plea guilty, telling me the judge won't see it as a conviction, two years prob...ation. Never once sat down at talk strategy or how were going to prepare for my defense. When I told him we're going to trial, he argued with everything I said, every question I asked him. To the point I had to ask who are you working for me or them. This man should be disbarred, A fraud in my book, this man is a defense attorney, well that's wat he advertises himself as. This man quit, withdrew from being my attorney, and he was payed in full. And granted by the judge, without an explanation to the judge. What he told me was he didn't not like how I acted in court, wrote me a check refunding me 80 percent of my money back. He saw a quick pay day, but my mother didn't raise no fool. Dishonest, disrespectful of a man in my book. I wouldn't recommend Mr Guinn to anyone.
