Exemplary Family Law Firm

The moment my husband and I retained Mr. Evans for his professional support, over 11 years ago, Mr. Evans has been our advocate, friend and lawyer. Mr. Evans has gone above and beyond with each case we have retained his firm. We have seen Mr. Evans grow from a partner in a firm to being a successful ...family law attorney in his OWN firm. Mr. Evan’s commitment to Mr. Evans has shown a strong bond in his commitment to all of his clients. Recently, we have had the pleasure to work with, Elizabeth Drake, an associate with Evans Family Law. Elizabeth has been incredible! Elizabeth did not hesitate to jump full speed ahead when I called her in a panic, nearly one year ago. Elizabeth pulled out all the stops to get things done! Elizabeth is kind, resourceful and a powerhouse! Mr. Evan and Miss. Drake make an unbeatable team! When I was scared, Mr. Evans, Elizabeth and Selina supported me through phone calls, text messages and email. When I had questions, Mr. Evans, Elizabeth and Selina didn’t hesitate to answer them immediately through phone calls, text messages and emails. Highly Recommend Evans Law Firm! Custody Modification Case

I highly recommend Jimmy Evans & his legal team for family legal matters. Mr. Evan's was honest and realistic with me and my outcome with a custody modification. He took the time to explain my options to me and presented me with a realistic approach to getting the safeguards in place for my children.... Mr. Evan's represented me in mediation and was outstanding. Although my case did not settle in mediation, we were able to get an agreement ahead of trail that I was extremely happy with. Evan's Law Firm is the best in town and I highly recommend him. He is a wonderful attorney.

my name is Susan , I live in the state of California, we recently had a custody case, with Jimmy Evens. this case was grandparent v parent, from the very beginning jimmy came highly recommended to me from other attorneys, they said if anyone can win this case for me, it would be jimmy. the best thing... to our case was these amazing cards that jimmy helped me make, I call them my Jimmy Cards. I kept them with me, everywhere I went. I made six of them, in which they all had the same goal, which was one to trust and believe in jimmy 2, to seek custody,3 stay focused on the goal and to to trust jimmy and his advice. 4, card was a picture of my granddaughter with the word win ..win. Win and on the bottom of every card, it said trust jimmy. and the other 2 basically was the same things. these cards helped me, when I got mad or upset with the other side, to not do something I would later regret. these cards not only helped us win our case, but it saved my 12 yr old granddaughter life, we are so grateful to jimmy, and helping me create these amazing cards, they were very powerful tool, that each person should use in a custody case. if you are in need of an amazing attorney, then you should hire jimmy evens and don't forget to ask about the Jimmy cards!

Amazing!

I hired Jimmy Evans nearly 5 years ago, and still to this day he represents me and my family. He is very intelligent and knows his facts. He has always tried his hardest to make things so easy on me during these tough times while representing me in the best ways he can. He goes above and beyond to me...et my needs and get all the facts. He fights hard for what he believes and doesn't beat around the bush. I've had some very emotionally situations with my family and he communicates very well and understand from every aspect. Not to mention the family based law firm and great staff he has. I have recommended several people to him and will continue to. He always makes himself available and I can always count on him, even through my silly short questions. Amazing lawyer who I will continue to allow to represent me and my family

Trustworthy Guidance

The outcome of my case far exceeded my expectations. Through the entire process Jimmy and his staff always were watching out for what was best for me and my family. I now am able to provide a good life for my children and extremely grateful for the help I got during this extremely difficult process....
