Excellent Experience with Evans Family Law Group

Don't step foot in Family Court without Evans Law Firm

Absolutely blown away by the compassion and expertise of Jimmy Evans and Ashley Szymonek! Going through a Family court with children is incredibly difficult, let me tell you, you're going to need Jimmy Evans, and even more so if you're the father; sorry to break the bad news, but the family court ...is NO place for a Dad, it's going to be twice as difficult for you, but Jimmy truly made the process possible. From our first consultation, I felt heard and understood. Evans Law Firm patiently explained every step, answered all my questions (no matter how small), and always kept my children's best interests at heart. Jimmy Evans is not only a brilliant legal mind but also a skilled negotiator. Evans's law firms worked tirelessly and are inching toward a fair resolution with a very tough co-parent. They have always remained professional and respectful. Their calm demeanor and clear communication helped de-escalate tense situations and kept the focus on finding solutions. What truly sets Jimmy Evans apart is his genuine empathy and ingrained passion for not the business of the family case but rather the families and people within the cases themselves. Looking for a trustful lawyer in Austin, TX?

Mr. Evans and Staffs are very knowledgeable, professional and HONEST. I was new to Austin (moved from Canada in 2022) and have had bad luck with the lawyers on my divorce case. Most of them were dishonest (overcharging for unnecessary hearings, neglect for case preparation and lack of knowledge in ...military divorce but Mr. Evans showed immediate depth of knowledge in the issues presented and provided honest analysis. I regret that I didn't have a chance to retain him in 2022.

Compassion with Results

Mr Evans was efficient, thorough, prepared and very responsive, and his cool confidence not only exuded competence and confidence, but it also inspired my complete trust. The paralegal Ms. Orona kept me constantly informed, wal always ready and flexible, and she flawlessly facilitated my case. This w...as a very difficult time for me--going through my case brought back many memories and much pain. I'm a 59 year-old, former Captain in the United States Marine Corps and have overcome numerous obstacles, and although for Mr. Evans this was a walk in the park, for me it was one of the greatest emotional challenges in my life. Through it all, the Evans Family Law Group never judged me or made me feel like just a number or a dollar sign: rather, they acknowledged my self-worth and dignity and treated me with the utmost respect. Amazing Lawyer Team

This was my 3rd time doing business with Evans Family Law Group. They have an amazing team of lawyers and legal staff who are reading and willing to help their clients. I have trusted their team 3 times with 3 different legal matters and they are amazing to work with! This time around I had Kimber...ley House as my attorney and she was amazing to work with along with the other legal staff as well!
