Honest, smart, high-integrity divorce lawyer

All divorces are tough, but mine was one for the record books. It was a 9 year battle with an estranged spouse that was dishonest, manipulative, and unethical. In the early years of the conflict I had two attorneys who made some big mistakes. Thankfully, when my case became most dire, I found Jimm...y Evans. Jimmy brings a level of integrity, strategy, and honesty that is extremely rare in the legal profession. He fought for me fiercely over the course of two years and we prevailed in a precedent-setting custody battle even in the face of some pretty bad odds. I hope you never find yourself in a bitter divorce dogfight, but if you do, your first call should be to Jimmy Evans.

Best in Texas

Jimmy and his team are amazing. The depth of experience and ability to advise on my divorce was incredible. It became very clear to me that they work very hard at what they do. The most amazing thing that I continued to notice was how Jimmy could see far down the road and predict what was going to ha...ppen based on the TX legal system in conjunction with the personalities of opposing counsel. This was impressive and these are the qualities you want in an attorney that you hire to represent you. Surprises are the most difficult thing when you are going through tough times like this, and Evans Family Law Group does their best to set proper expectations and ease the anxiety of their clients. Default Divorce Agreement

Jimmy Evans and his team worked hard to find a solution for my complex divorce situation. Evans Family Law Group worked hard and got a default agreement finalized with my spouse agreeing in the end. Great experience

This is the second time I hired Jimmy. He is experienced, thorough, and always has the clients best interests at heart. Jimmy explained all of my options to me and I was able to pick the best one. He is always available, which is very rare in this profession. I have received many calls after hours to... answer questions I might have. I feel he’s the best family attorney in the Austin area.

Confident and Precise

Evans Family Law came up as one of the top choices for my area, so I gave them a call. I needed urgent legal advice and someone I could trust in my corner as my case regarded child custody. Mr. Evans communicated effectively and very efficiently over email and the phone, and he was thorough with hi...s explanations and his practices. I'm sure nobody wishes to be in a courtroom setting, but if you are then you need the best support you can get. Mr. Evans was kind, courteous, and honest with all his advice. I would absolutely hire him again if I were ever to be in another family legal situation again.
