Holly Davis was caring, truthful, and trustworthy.. Most importantly though, SHE WON MY CASE!

I used Zinda & Davis for my child custody case.. It was an incredibly complicated case because my ex accused me of abusing my children and her.. I was innocent but the state didn't believe me. CPS proceeded to harass me repeatedly! I'm so happy that I hired Z&D for my case.. From the beginning they t...old me to expect limited joint custody but I actually have primary custody and my ex only gets to visit the kids for 2 hours a week supervised. What an incredible story! This would not have been possible without the skill and dedication of Z&D! I recommend them to anyone needing a great family law attorney. Holly, Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Great attorney, smart, to the point, concise and successful

I arrived to Holly after communication with numerous attorneys in the Austin area, she was by far the best and I knew if from the first conversation we had. I had a tight timeline to get on my case and she was on it immediately with quick response and advice. She gets down to the facts and understand...s the law but more importantly helps you understand the law as well. Her confidence and professionalism really made the difference in my case. She helps you to understand your options and why you should or should not do something in your case and the reasons why. She is to the point as well and this helps when you are on the fence about something. She always kept me in the loop regarding what was happening and always made time to talk with me even if it was something minor, even after my case was closed when some issues came up she got on the phone with me to discuss them. She is also very down to earth and has a sense of humor as well, so that makes it a little less painful for you giving the fact that you're working with her for likely an unpleasant reason. At some point I may need to go back and revisit my case and she will definitely be the person I go to. I highly recommend her for anyone going through a child custody case or family law.

Compassionate and Tough

I hired Holly Davis for my divorce. She was very caring about my situation and worked out a way to get the most important things I wanted for my divorce settlement. She was very compassionate with me- but she was very tough with my husband's lawyer. I feel like I came out with the better deal.
