When you need the Best Team for a Challenging, Litigated Divorce.

Kirker Davis is a top of the line law firm that excels in strategy, execution and victory. As a Line Officer in the Navy with 16 years of service I can credibly assess that their operations are on point and well-greased. Holly and Chris are simply magic in the courtroom: expertly weaving their story ...on the floor and directing the flow of arguments. What's more is that they take that extra level of care and customer service when you need it most, making critical calls and responses via email and phone at night and on the weekend should necessity dictate. The result is a pair that exhibits hybrid characteristics of both dedicated hired guns and personal friends and confidants. Kirker Davis advertises concierge level service, and it couldn't be more true. My case started out very bleak, with multiple significant challenges and obstacles already established when I first walked into the Kirker Davis office. Although I cannot go into the details of my case, Holly, Chris and the rest of the KD team were able to turn the tables from a defensive posture to undeniable forward momentum. I will say if you are facing seemingly insurmountable odds there is no better team to have at your back and side to protect you and achieve the results you're looking for. Great Experience

Holly is the lawyer who lawyers hire for their own divorces

I'm a lawyer myself and Holly helped me with my recent divorce. She did an amazing job. She covered all the little issues that would have collectively cost me a bunch of money in the long run if she had not been so detail-oriented and focused. She is a tenacious advocate for her clients who aims to r...esolve matters amicably but will fight tooth-and-nail for her clients if that is what it takes to reach a fair resolution. I highly recommend Holly if you are looking for a great divorce attorney in Central Texas.

Holly was there every step of the way…..

Going through a divorce is very stressful, and at times, scary. It was a huge comfort to have Ms. Davis and her staff, there to answer questions, in a calm, direct manor, and essentially holding my hand throughout the entire process. Ms. Davis, is kind, compassionate, professional, and very timely ...in getting back to me. She also represented me, in a hearing, in which we won, and did an outstanding job! I would recommend friends and family to Ms. Davis in the future.

A lawyer who has a heart.

I cannot count how many different divorce attorneys I looked for, I meet Mrs.Davis for a free consultation and she was the only one who showed compassion and really made me feel ok about my divorce. She explained everything to me and what to expect and what might happen. Needless to say I cannot than...k her and her staff in making this experience comfortable. She fought hard for me in my case and she delivered everything I wanted especially more visitation time with my child. I normally don't write or care for reviews but I know Mrs. Davis will hold your hand during your difficult time and she will fight for you like she did for me.
