Finally a trustworthy attorney

Unfortunately I've had to use a few attorneys in my day, Florencia Rueda was my fifth lawyer to work with and has definitely been my favorite and the only one I've found that I truly feel like I could trust. When you call the office's number Florencia herself will answer a significant majority of ...the time. never did I have to speak with some random receptionist and explain my situation to them. Her prices were more than fair and I felt like for the first time at attorney actually took the time to listen and also provided satisfactory feedback to my questions. I'd absolutely hire Attorney Florencia Rueda again for any criminal cases in Austin, Texas; no questions asked if I need a criminal attorney. She's also very personable, easy to speak with, non judgemental, and just an all around great person and even better attorney.

Couldn't be more thankful

I am a student from Dallas who got my second DWI while in Austin for the weekend. I felt like I could call Ms Rueda with any question at any time. She managed to get my DWI case dismissed. No fines, court costs, or probation. The only time I had to go down to Austin was to see my sobriety test footag...e. Extremely trustworthy.

Florencia Rueda is an outstanding lawyer!

After a successful freshman year at UT, I thought my son was on a smooth path to graduation and a bright future. Well, it all came crashing down with a bit of bad judgment and a DWI arrest. I called Florencia without a clue how to proceed and not much hope. Florencia clearly explained the proc...ess, her strategies, and what to expect. She was very communicative, after a few meetings with my son, a few phone calls, and a few emails … well, she basically handled everything. My son will be attending some classes, doing some community service, and in the end will NOT have a DWI conviction on his record. A DWI arrest and conviction is very expensive. Based on my calculations, Florencia’s service was a fraction of the cost of pleading guilty. Thank you Florencia, you are a life saver.

TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY - GLAD SHE IS NOT A PROSECUTOR

TO-DATE THIS IS MY FIRST AND ONLY REVIEW OF ANYONE, GOOD OR BAD! I originally had another well known lawyer, but after I PAID this lawyer I very quickly felt that he and his team did not have my best interest at heart. It went from a "don't worry about anything" to a "what did you expect". So even t...hough I had PAID this lawyer, I felt like he and his team were not working hard to resolve my case to my satisfaction. So I came home and started searching for "BEST ATTORNEY", and that is when I found and read the reviews about FLORENCIA RUEDA. I am very glad I did. I called Florencia, went to her office and met her and after talking with Flo, I knew she was the attorney that I needed. She is smart, sharp and fearless. Flo told me things and options that I never knew, nor did my previous attorneys mentioned. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do, I know who to call, FLORENCIA RUEDA! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLORENCIA RUEDA THANKS FLO!

Best Lawyer in Texas

Florencia Rueda and Duke Hildreth work incredible as a team. I was originally arrested for a DWI, tampering with evidence(felony, I ate my pot), and a POM. Right from the start Florencia was very confident. She told me we would get everything dropped, but probably have to plead guilty to the POM. She... was right. After everything was said and done, my DWI and the tampering charge were both completely dropped and I was put on a 12 months probation. I have some community service and a couple classes to attend, and that's it. Since I was originally arrested for a DWI, my license was suspended for 180 days since I didn't submit to a breath or blood sample. But, since my arrests were dropped to a POM it wasn't a moving violation. If it were a moving violation that I had plead down to I would have had to pay $500 a year for my sr22 insurance I had to get, and $500 for the occupational license. With it not being a moving violation I only had to pay for occupational license(mandatory 180 day suspension on refusal of a breath or blood sample) and only a $80 a year charge for the sr22 insurance. It was a HUGE relief when I found that out. Also, it didn't make my insurance go up. All in all Florencia and Duke were an excellent team and did exactly as I was told from the beginning with superb communication. I thank them tremendously.
