Powerful Attorney - Amazing Person

Florencia exceeded my expectations in representing me. Unlike other lawyers I had met with, she was direct about her plans and actually listened and understood when I explained the bogus, blown up charges added to my case. “I’m not going to charge you for those because that would be unethical” she sa...id. Wow. I hired her and these illegitimate felony charges were dropped within two days. The result of the case was far better than I thought possible. Thanks to Florencia I have a new chance to move forward with a clean record. Hire this lawyer.

The Real Deal

I’m in California and a background check from employer turned up a 20 yr old “open warrant” in Texas - Travis Co. For an old misdemeanor case that was hanging around. Ms. Rueda explained the results she would pursue to get a case dismissal and have the warrant recalled. Ms. Rueda proceeded to do exa...ctly what she told me. The results were completed promptly and completely. The fees were also fair and were exactly what she quoted. Ms. Rueda resolved the matter without me needing to travel to Texas numerous times for the hearings. She saved me money. I highly recommend her, she is a class act - professional, hard working legal advocate and kept her word to the letter. She has been refreshing and trustworthy in every aspect. Perfect. Truthful. No nonsense. Knowledgeable. An Attorney who tells you what she can do to help and does the same. Promptly and efficiently. I am not lying or exaggerating. I would use her services again.

All the experience you need!!!

I had a previous (dwi) conviction with a second (dwi) arrest with a child in the vehicle so it wasn’t looking to good for me to say the lease,after searching and googling the best lawyers in Austin she kept popping up, but nonetheless I made the mistake in scheduling an appointment with another lawye...r simply because of his age and experience after meeting with this lawyer the only words that came out of his mouth was that I was getting a Felony and that was spending the next 2 years of my life in jail. I couldn’t let this be the conclusion of my life, since I had blown below the legal limit so I couldn’t understand why the penalty would be so extremely and me being the sole provider of my household no one wants to hear that you’re gonna lose your house, your job and everything you have worked so hard for... The following day I made an appointment with Mrs. Rueda walking in nervously and expecting the same outcome, I explained to her my case and my situation and she instantly calmed my nerves and anxiety. She said that I wasn’t spending a day in jail and that there was NO WAY that I would be charge with a felony so I hired her on the spot!!!! She gave me the peace of mine me and my family needed. Her rates are completely reasonable and she works with you if you need to set up a payment plan. One year later and my case is closed she was able to drop a felony charge down to a misdemeanor and (ZERO) days spent in jail. She’s cool, calm and collective in the court room. You want a lawyer who’s gonna fight for you no matter what and that’s what she does, she’s completely REAL with you, she’s always professional and doesn’t sugarcoat anything she tells you how it is and I love that. HIRE HER don’t waste your time and money with someone else hey that peace of mind you deserve!!!

Best possible outcome

I spoke to few attorneys when I was arrested for DWI. Out of the three that I talked to Florencia was who I chose. Working with Hildreth & Rueda, specifically Florencia was great. She was realistic, pragmatic, and willing to fight for the best possible outcome. My situation was bad. Driving the... wrong way, blowing 0.18 and 0.19, totally failing the field sobriety, while still being nice. An overall mess. While I was still convicted, my offense was reduced to a Class B from a Class A. That itself was incredible. She also was able to reduce my time to serve as well as reduce probation to 0. Florencia was great at communicating about when I needed to take action and what action needed to be taken. She helped me sort through court ordered items such as interlock devices and was critical in helping me maintain my ability to commute to work. Overall, Florencia will fight for your best possible outcome. She is dependable, she knows her laws, and she will represent you well in court. I can't ever truly repay Mrs. Rueda for her services because aside from my sentencing, the peace of mind when working with her is priceless. Thank you so much Florencia, I'm eternally greatful.

Older case handled quick, professionally, and with an amazing outcome.

I hired Ms. Rueda for a criminal case that had been around since 2009. She kept a great dialogue and let me know what was happening at each step. She responds quick to emails and I never once felt like I was on the back burner. She was able to handle my case very quickly, and dismiss the case entirel...y. In my initial consultation Ms. Rueda explained everything easily, went over the agreement, and in the end got the best possible outcome. I truly appreciate what she has done for me and owe her many thanks. She is a pro and gets things done. I have the utmost faith in her ability as a lawyer and I would recommend her to anybody that needs true representation.
