I hired Benjamin while seeking relief from incredibly strict probation. He treated my case like it was his own personal battle. He didn't just get me relief, he got my probation terminated early, which other lawyers told me was impossible. He did it like it was just another Tuesday. I hired Ben Gergen on behalf of my boyfriend. He was on parole and being revoked. Mr. Gergen was basically going in to this blind folded and with no notice to really prepare for anything being the hearing was only 2 days away. I met him face to face the first time the same day as the hearing in the p...arking lot of the jail we went over and brushed up on everything he went inside met my boyfriend came back out and knew himself he was being railroaded.
