Consult with other lawyers before falling for his good reviews.

Will represent you, will consult with you, but will not fight for you. You’re basically paying for his name on your case rather than paying for a lawyer who actually cares to get you the best outcome. Reset my court dates till he was paid off then went with the first offer without even trying to nego...tiate. Gave up my case because “it wasn’t a slam dunk”. I was given a penalty far worse than other friends who had a worse case than me. Aside from the thousands he charges for your case (supposedly a set fee) he even charges hidden 100 dollar fees for the court dates he shows up just to reset. If you’re looking for a dwi lawyer, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

First of all, it is always the client's decision whether or not to take a case to trial. We are always happy to hold the State to their burden, and never give up on cases because they aren't "slam dunks". We also don't charge hidden fees, and we fight for the best result we can get for each and every client, as evidenced by the majority of the feedback you'll read about us.
