I hired David to handle my custody case, he was definitely working hard for me during that process. He kept me informed about documents, court dates, and numerous items we had to get taken care of; then the unimaginable happened. I found myself in a situation I never thought I would be in, and was ch...arged with a felony in an unrelated incident to the custody case. David Hardaway was a great choice for an attorney. Hardaway's prices are very fair and they seem almost to good to be true. I was dealing with a POM and his prices were the cheapest of all the attorneys I talked to. He will also work with you on paying off whatever you owe. He doesn't charge you for ...every little thing you do. Whatever price he gives you is what you will pay. Any time I gave David a call he would answer or call me right back. He was confident that my case would be dismissed from the get go and he stayed patient with it for a little over a year. He did end up getting the case dismissed.
