Well this attorney is court appointed to my significant other and no he does not return any phone calls and this is on a court appointed case but it doesn't matter if your court appointed or you're paid you still have the responsibility of representing your client still have not heard anything back f...rom him and it's a simple case his first case ever no victim no case I don't understand why he's still sitting in the county jail if murderers are out here walking the street with their cases dismissed what is wrong with our court system...

I hired James "Jim" to represent me on a first time possession charge ( under 2 grams). Should of got 2 years probation max. James came with his "best plea" deal of 6 years probation. He is working with the judge. Now I get to pay for 6 whole years. They charged me all sorts of fines, took my car and... was unwillingly to give it back. James couldnt do anything about my car and made me pay to get my own car back!!! This is unheard of. As soon as the court case was over and he had his $5000 I paid him, he didnt feel the need to respond. Even though my case is 6 years. He wont help me any longer. IT GETS WORSE, on my court day while we were waiting on everyone's sentencing. JIM/James got called to be a court appointed attorney for free. I'm not rich and this was gut wrenching since the lawyer I paid 5000 could be attained for free. Unless you have a magical lawyer dont hire one. Get a appointed one. You get the same outcome and save money. Plus this dude was supposed to help me for 6 years of simple legal questions and. It was a leg and arm to get him to respond. I wonder why he has 2 names online. JIM AND JAMES.

I retained him and it take forever for him to respond! I’ve waited over 30 days for him to respond to an email- then I have to call and track him down. I started this process in January and it’s now July. No updates unless I track him down! It’s been a horrible situation. Now what do I do??? I alread...y paid him!
