I did a phone consult with Bianca because I live out of State. She immediately gave me the hope I’d been searching for the past three days after my children were not returned by their non-custodial parent. With the documents in hand I was able to let law enforcement review them and charges were brought against the non-custodial parent and I was able to safely retrieve my kids.
