Coquat Law firm is a rip off. I was pressured me into paying the first time I spoke with someone. My case dragged for over a year with the same outcome. They say they work on reducing charges and taking tickets off of a record, but that's not true. They will request the ticket be kept off your record... but that is as far as they go. You can request that yourself from the prosecuting attorney who will probably reduce your charges as well. This office is a joke, they prey on scared people to hand them over money so they can do nothing. I never once spoke with the actual lawyer. They also guarantee your money back but that's a lie. If you are smart, you would look elsewhere for representation. POOR POOR SERVICE

Justin and his team worked with my family for almost 4 years, fighting on our behalf to ensure we were vindicated in a real estate lawsuit. We were taken advantage of by a former acquaintance who claimed to be a real estate agent. We began to second guess a deal we made and a deposit placed on a ...piece of property, and when we went to ask for even a portion of our money back we were denied. We called several attorneys, never receiving even a call back. Justin and his amazing team answered our call and after only 20 or 30 minutes he discovered many concerns and issues with this person. This included the fact that they were not licensed in the state of Texas, nor was the "contract" we signed in any way binding or legal. He fought for me, and got me off with a slap on the wrist. The speeding violation was reduced from 15 over to only 5 over, the fine was... reduced to 1/3 of the original amount. I have hired Justin three separate times to resolve traffic tickets for me. Every time he has been able to keep them totally off my record, which kept my insurance from going up. His paralegal, Christina, is also really on top of things - they return phone calls and answer questions. I paid a fla...t fee of $150 each time, and then forgot about it. Easy-peasy! I have also referred two members of my family to Justin for other law related matters, and they have also had good experiences - timely call backs, good information, honest prices. I had multiple unpaid traffic tickets that i needed to take care of. I did not have to go up to the courthouse at all. I didn't even have to go inside the Coquat office.
