9 MONTHS later and zero action from Coquat. Don’t give them a penny to fight a traffic citation. This company has done absolutely nothing with my case AND i have a warrant issued because of their negligence. I wasted $200 for Coquat to fight my traffic citation. In 9 months the only corespondence I r...eceived from the company was to let me know they were closing early for the New Year. I came home from college when I was younger and told my father i was preparing to take the LSAT and I told him that I wanted to have a career as an attorney. My father has two degrees from Rice University. He stated “Son, do you know what the first thing they do to students when they start law school? They drain every drop of blood from their bodies and fill their entire bodies with Chicken Sħ*ț” This definitely applies to this law firm’s attorneys.

received mail form judge that they zero times attended the court for past 8 months, they told that never received a reply form court. now I need to go to the court and explain why attorney missed all pre trials they scheduled. calling them every other day, every time they told to call to the cour...t tomorrow, but never did. Zero times replied to my emails, zero times in account. nothing to add, they just made even worse than they never exist

If I could give this law firm negative stars, I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. No communication whatsoever from the lawyer after payment was made. I just received a notice from the court that I was found guilty due to not completing payment for deferred adjudication after a January court d...ate where I was apparently represented by this lawyer (without me being present, as he said he would - no problem there). The problem is, this lawyer NEVER INFORMED ME that I needed to do this. In fact, I haven't heard a peep from his office by phone, email, or regular mail since DECEMBER! I could have gotten deferred adjudication on my own (first ticket in many, many years), and avoided this hassle).
