I cannot even begin to put my thoughts into words to describe my positive experience with my attorney David Volk. I believe I had a unique situation that began 2 years ago, when I was in trial for DWI. I felt lost, with no clue how to even face this challenge. I retained the services of David Volk to... handle my case, and it was one of the best choices I can recommend. David Volk explained the process to me, and was with me in every step of the way. My original case was dismissed by the Judge after the DA kept pushing my case month after month while they prepared their case against me. My attorney during all this time was ready with my strong defense. The Judge finally dismissed my case after the DA was unable to prepare their prosecution against me. Unfortunately after the dismissal, the DA refiled against me (hence my unique experience). David Volk was ready, and fought for me. He got my 2nd case dismissed with prejudice, and the new Judge even apologized on behalf of the DA's office for over-prosecuting me. During this 2 year ordeal, I was never worried because I knew I was in good hands. Although I feel my positive review does not do David Volk any justice, I can promise that he will have justice for you.
