Criminal Defense advice session

Mr. Palmer was very helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me in the direction I needed to take. I appreciate this honestly.

Knowledgable, Thorough, and Competent

Mr. Palmer was very thorough in handling a DWI second offense. His manner and professionalism stood out, along with his ability to explain the law and process to someone who had had no experience with even misdemeanors. He also was familiar with prosecutors and judges in the surrounding counties wh...ere I incurred charges. Finally, his referral for an attorney in Collin County to handle filing for an occupational license proved just as satisfactory. My deepest appreciation to you, Mr. Palmer!

Excellent Criminal Lawyer

Mr. Palmer is very professional and punctual. He never tried to convince me to agree to something I knew I was not guilty of. He listens very carefully and does what he can (legally) for his client. As a result my case was dismissed. If you're looking for a good professional lawyer, Mr. Palmer is the... person you're looking for.

The best defense attorney you can ever find period.

Mr. Daniel Palmer saved me! He is a hard-working and brilliant lawyer who knows the intricacies and complexities of criminal law. He used this knowledge and expertise along with much time spent researching case law to reduce the prosecutor’s case to hearsay, which is to say that it ended up being a... very weak case. As a result, my case was dismissed, and I’m free to move on with my life. Daniel was also great in other ways. He always replied to my text messages, emails, or phone calls in a timely manner (that is, if he wasn’t able to text or email back or receive the call right away). He also communicated with my family members and answered their questions. He always made sure that I understood what was going on throughout the whole lengthy process taking time to explain to me all the legalese and the finer points of my particular criminal case proceedings (it was all very complicated too me and quite intimidating!). He would also reassure me by letting me know his strategy and explaining why it was a good plan. I always felt like he was a step ahead of the prosecution and that he always had the upper hand in the process. It was like legal jiu-jitsu. If it wasn’t me having to go through this, it would’ve been entertaining to watch Daniel do his stuff (I’m of course thinking of the summarized version of my entire legal proceedings). Further, even though he had a preferred strategy, he always made me know what my other options were at the time. It’s always good to know you have options, right? Well, Daniel’s good at this. He was like a general who mastered Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War” but applied to legal proceedings. The possibility of going to trial for my criminal case was a very scary thing in my recent life. I mean think about it: it could have destroyed my life. I have a lot going for me, and the good Lord has really blessed me. Yes, I made lots of stupid mistakes (I’m only human) BUT I wasn’t guilty of that which I was accused. For this reason, it was a great relief knowing that I had a brilliant, hard-working, and compassionate lawyer fighting for me. You simply cannot find a better lawyer. He’s truly the best!
