This lawyer took on my case while I was charged with assault and battery to my wife. I had no papers, I wasn’t a United States citizen so I was facing deportation and jail time. I had no options I couldn’t take deferred as a proposition or it would go on my record. I Only had one option and tha...t was to get it dismissed..
