High Quality Domestic Lawyer

Charles worked with my family and I during a divorce and custody case. He was able to ensure the safety of my 3 kids and allowed us all to remain in our current residence out of state. He was prompt with updates and encouraging whenever he brought news of any kind. He's a joy to talk to, great at ...helping to plan a course of action, and resolute in following through. His fee is commensurate with the quality of his service. Thank you, Charles.

Average at Best

The first month of my case, I would agree with all the other reviews, Mr. Hardy was very responsive and even gave me his cell phone number. Unfortunately my case took almost a year to resolve and shortly after the first month, emails, text messages and phone calls went un-returned. Mr. Hardy asked ...me continuously through out my case how much money I earned and how much my house was worth....neither which were important to my case (this always bothered me and still does). He called my son a "her" during several visits, showing that he was not focused on my case. I had to review every detail of the contracts and agreements because I continuously found errors in the drafts that Mr. Hardy wrote up. About half way through my case I started researching other attorneys that I could hire but I ended up staying with Mr. Hardy as I felt I was already too far along in the process to make such a big change. For the price he charges (and the price I paid), I expected more out of Mr. Hardy.

I am not sure who wrote this review but am surprised at the comments. Home value and income changes are vital and extraordinarily relevant to all divorces (and both change in those unfortunate cases lasting over a year). All my clients RAVE about me as an attorney and about my excellent staff. I'm proud of my reputation and I ALWAYS make the best interest of my clients as my number one priority. I take pride my accessibility and that I make it a point to return all calls the same day (if not the same hour). All my clients have my cell and direct line numbers. I wish anonymous had come to me immediately because I would have addressed any concerns that day. Still, I have never received a review like this one and I truly am sorry to see that someone was dissatisfied. I'm reminded that it's impossible to please everyone.

Extremely disappointed

Really nice gentleman, but was totally unhelpful. Five months later, $15,000 poorer, and the divorce is still not final.

Wow. I wish I knew if this was a real client or not. If you are, please call me and let me know your complaint. As you know, I am always accessible by cell phone - almost 24/7 - at 210-771-4310. This does not sound like anyone I know and I really dislike anonymous, opposing sides posting such reviews. Charles
