Very pleased and grateful!

Living in AL made it a difficult task to find an attorney in San Antonio where my now ex husband was living. The attorney I went to in Mobile recommended Mr. Hardy. I spoke with him on the same day he was recommended to me and hired him that day as well. After 30 years of a mostly unhappy marriage... my divorce was a difficult thing to untangle. Mr. Hardy was always available through the office, his private cell and by email.....even after hours and on week ends. Charles was very supportive and comforting when I would feel as tho I was at the end of my rope. In the end, I feel he got for me all there was to get and for that I am extremely grateful! Thank you, Charles!

Best family lawyer in Texas!!!

I have been deployed 4 times in combat. While I was deployed my wife filed for divorce with no one to turn my mom found Charles Hardy after searching the top ten family divorce lawyers his name came up! Out of five lawyers we called he was the only one who answered my call personally, every time I ha...ve called he's answered or called right back. I was lost with no direction but charles jumped right in and guided me through the process. We were set for trial tomorrow at the last minute Mr Hardy negotiated a settlement saving me money and heartache because my ex was wanting to put my children on the stand as a witness this would have broken my heart. I have a lot to thank for in life and definitely meeting Mr Hardy has been a life changing experience I will always remember his kindness and professionalism and for that I greatful. In battle we refer to friends like this as battle buddies! Charles I definitely feel like we have been through combat thank you for having my 6!!!! I hope one day I can return the favor. You are military friendly and in my book that goes along way. Always Thank you Charles

Happy Client

If you have started with another divorce lawyer, you have already made your first mistake. On my initial consultation with Mr. Hardy he had given me his personal cell and direct line. I hired Mr. Hardy as my 3rd lawyer and wish I had hired him first. The other lawyers that I hired would not return ph...one calls or keep me updated, or even fight for what was right and just in my favor. Mr. Hardy keeps you informed the same day or the next morning. This was a very spiteful, emotional, and dirty case. Mr. hardy was given little time to prepare for the hearing, and we reached a settlement that was acceptable for me at that hearing. Mr. Hardy genuinely cares about you and your case, he will advise you of your best possible options and let you make the decision. Once again I cannot stress enough that if you are in need of an excellent divorce lawyer who has the experience, knowledge, and passion, Charles Hardy is your man.

The best choice for your divorce!

Charles was a great choice for my divorce. He was responsive, understanding and did not promise things he could not deliver. He understood what was most important to me and did his best to achieve my goals. I would recommend Charles to anyone going through a divorce. His paralegal Susi is the bes...t too!

Best Attorney in Town

This is the attorney you want to hire. I hired Mr. Hardy when I was being divorced after 13 years with four kids. It was a complicated case due to special needs of some of the children. I interviewed 5 different attorneys, and Mr. Hardy was clearly the best. Mr. Hardy was able to set a quick mediatio...n and got me a settlement that was better than I ever thought was possible. It was amazing to watch him work, and he was worth every penny. I always here that attorneys are hard to get ahold of, but this guy will call/email/text you so often you have to keep up with him. I was a nervous wreck going into mediation, but he was very confident, and at the end of the day, everything ended up just as he predicted. It is hard to be sure you are hiring the right person to represent you, but I know beyond doubt that Mr. Hardy was the best representation I could ever hope for, and he did everything he could to resolve this difficult case.
