Excellent Representation

Mr. Hardy was referred to me by a friend who is also a lawyer. He was an excellent adviser during the entire process. Charles made sure he was available to me as often as needed, and he guided me through the steps necessary to help reach an amicable conclusion. During mediation, his experience...d really showed. He knew how to effectively communicate with the mediator. Having Mr. Hardy representing me gave me confidence that my divorce would be handled professionally and resolved fairly. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a family law lawyer.

Outstanding legal counsel

Charles was the lead attorney in our child custody/child protection case. He from the first meeting said it was a complex case. He consulted with other attorneys working on the case as well as bringing in experts in the field of child welfare. He coordinated a very professional team that was very eff...ective in the courtroom. I would highly recommend Charles for your case, listen to his advice and we rest a lot easier with his accomplishments in the courtroom.

Expert, Insightful, and Compassionate

Our first meeting with Mr. Hardy gave us the knowledge that he was the steadfast Attorney we needed. He expertly guided my family through a difficult child custody case with an abiding knowledge of family law and The Heart of a Family Man. He was available nights, weekends and holidays. He listened... to us. He found ways to alleviate our fears and reassure us that we were lawful and within our rights to pursue our case. Even when his legal services were not essential, he was there to support us and to assure us all was equitable. His network of related skillful and extremely qualified professionals provided additional vital support for family members. This support will continue to play an essential role in healing our family. His guidance and support allowed us to win our case and resolve matters we might not have been aware of, thanks to his insightful and integrated understanding of family dynamics and family law. Best Lawyer!

Mr Charles Hardy has numerous qualities that make him stand apart from ALL the other lawyers. He is a very experienced, intelligent and aggressive. However, the qualities that stood out the most in my mind are accessibility and honesty. Throughout my trial, i knew that i would have no problem getting... in touch with Mr Hardy if i had to. He gave me his cellphone number and always answered when i called! Also, it is rare to find a lawyer that puts his client's well being before what could be more profitable for himself. Throughout these difficult times, i always knew that i could trust Mr Hardy and trust cannot be bought...it can only be earned. He has an excellent team. Ms Boss ( senior paralegal) is extremely helpful and kind and i can't say enough good things about her. Mr Hardy is the BEST lawyer in San Antonio period. In my opinion, if you need a family lawyer and you did not hire him, then you need to rethink your decision immediately! Thank you for being my lawyer Mr Hardy, i feel extremely blessed that you are on my side.

Best Lawyer Ever!

Charles is my second lawyer in a difficult divorce, and I only wish I had found him at the beginning. He prides himself on accessibility, and that is no joke. I really felt like I was his only client. He is very fast to respond to whatever method of communication you might prefer; email, text, phone ...call, or otherwise. He helped me get my case resolved quickly, avoiding a long and potentially expensive court process. If anyone is shopping around and gets nervous about his fees, don't be - he resolves issues quickly and saves you money in the long run. Lastly, he knows EVERYONE in the judicial system here in San Antonio, and I could tell he was well respected by the mediator and the judges that helped us sign our papers and make everything official. It helped get things done quickly and ensured that everything worked out in my favor. Highly recommended!!!
